PRINCE2 Agile®
While based on traditional management, PRINCE2 also works extremely well with other frameworks. ‘PRINCE2 Agile’ is a version of the framework adapted for use in Agile environments. It was created out of sheer demand from PRINCE2 practitioners and has proven demonstrably effective in helping businesses of all sizes combine the control of PRINCE2 with the flexibility and speed of Agile.
PRINCE2 Agile combines PRINCE2 governance with the flexibility, speed, and adaptability of Agile projects. It has practitioners adapt the Principles, Processes, and Themes to suit Agile, though practitioners perform equally well in more traditional projects.
With the growing popularity of Agile across different areas of business, the insight offered by the PRINCE2 Agile framework can be extremely valuable for career project managers.
