Certified Agile Service Manager (CASM®) exam:

  • The exam consists of 40 multiple-choice questions
  • Candidates have one hour (60 minutes) to complete the exam
  • Candidates must answer at least 26 questions correctly (65%) to pass
  • The exam is open-book

‘Certified Agile Service Manager (CASM)’ is a qualification based around the operational aspects of Agile. It incorporates the core values and principles of the Agile manifesto, as well as other Agile concepts and practices such as DevOps, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
