Luis Ribero drives and fosters brand awareness initiatives for AXELOS across Europe. He is responsible for developing and supporting enablement initiatives that help organisations and individuals understand the value of best practices. As a result, Luis frequently engages with organisations of various industries and sizes to ensure they comprehend the benefits of ITIL 4 and other products.Luis has a degree in Industrial Engineering accompanied by a master’s in international business, awarded in France. He has worked in commercial and account management roles for a myriad of companies, including: Airbus, Ericsson and Rosetta Stone. One of his favourite exercises in simplifying how best practice can be used in everyday life. A great example of this is how he shares his personal experience of how ITIL 4 can help individuals reach Everest Base Camp.
