ITIL® Product exam
- This is a multiple-choice “Objective Test Question” (OTQ) exam consisting of 40 questions
- There is a time limit of 90 minutes to complete the exam
- The exam is open book. The ITIL® Product (Version 5) Official Book should be used (and candidates can make notes inside the book), but no other material is allowed.
- The pass mark for the exam is 70%: you must answer at least 28/40 questions correctly
- In countries where English is a second language, the time allocated for the exam is extended to 113 minutes
- ITIL Product is a core element of the learning journey for anyone aspiring to achieve the ITIL Managing Professional designation
