Barclay Rae
Barclay Rae is an experienced ITSM consultant, analyst, writer, and a regular speaker at industry conferences and events, in the UK and globally.He has worked on approximately 700 ITSM projects over the last 25 years, and writes blogs, research, and papers on ITSM topics for a variety of industry organisations and vendors.He is an ITIL4 Lead Architect, Lead Editor of the ‘ITIL4 Create, Deliver and Support’ (CDS) publication, and a co-author of the ITIL Practitioner book with Axelos. He has also authored the CDS mini reference guide.Barclay served as a board member of itSMF UK from 2015 - 2020 and was also CEO from 2015 – 2018, building a new approach for the organisation.He has also been included in the HDI top 25 Thought Leaders in Technical Support and Service Management, 2017 - 2021, and was voted 'ITSM Contributor of the year' in 2014 at the SITS show.
