When AXELOS announced ITIL Version 4 in November 2017, it got everyone asking questions. ITIL practitioners and students wanted to know what kind of updates would be introduced, how the ITIL certification path might change and whether existing ITIL V3 certifications would remain valid.

In this ITIL poster, we will describe the evolution of ITIL 4, give an introduction to the framework, and explain the new certification structure.
