What is TOGAF Not Telling Me About Frameworks?

Although TOGAF describes itself as an architecture framework, it is more accurately a “framework of frameworks”.

And when we look at the definition of a framework in TOGAF it doesn’t immediately help by explaining clearly what architecture frameworks are all about!
