TOGAF rather understates the importance of Risk Management in EA. It says that “There will always be risk with any architecture/business transformation effort. It is important to identify, classify, and mitigate these risks before starting so that they can be tracked throughout the transformation effort.”

The risks involved in any major EA project are often very high, and Risk Management is a way of drawing together several of the techniques described in Part III of the TOGAF documentation. Our poster explains all.
