About this Resource:

The objective of BPMN 2.0 notation is to be expressive, widely understood, interchangeable and executable.

However, in order to achieve these goals, it has become rich and consequentially complex.

In this paper we discuss the complexity of BPMN 2.0 notation by analyzing the notation itself and existing studies in this field.
