Module 4 – Organizational change management and people

Module 4 explores the key concepts of people, including organizational change management.

Module 5 – Business case

In module 5, we introduce the PRINCE2 Agile practices.

This module focuses on the business case practice and its role within agile project management. It also covers the artifacts and techniques related to the business case practice in the PRINCE2 Agile context.

We’ll cover the remaining six practices separately in the next six modules.

Module 6 – Organization

Module 6 explores the next PRINCE2 Agile practice: Organization. It explains the organization practice and its role within agile project management, including its artifacts and techniques. It also outlines the responsibilities of the PRINCE2 Agile roles.

Module 7 – Plans

This module moves on to the plans practice and its role within agile project management. It also covers the artifacts and techniques related to the plans practice in the PRINCE2 Agile context.

Module 8 – Quality

Module 8 focuses on the quality practice and its role within agile project management. It also covers the artifacts and techniques related to the quality practice in the PRINCE2 Agile context.

Module 9 – Risk

In module 9, we explore the risk practice and its role within agile project management. We also cover the artifacts and techniques related to the risk practice in the PRINCE2 Agile context.

Module 10 – Issues

Module 10 is all about the issues practice and its role within agile project management. It also covers the artifacts and techniques related to the issues practice in the PRINCE2 Agile context.

Module 11 – Progress

In module 11, we explore the last of the PRINCE2 Agile practices: Progress. We’ll explain the progress practice and its role within agile project management, including the artifacts and techniques that relate to the practice.

Module 12 – The PRINCE2 Agile processes

In this module, you’ll learn about the seven PRINCE2 Agile processes:

• starting up a project
• directing a project initiating a project
• controlling a stage
• managing product delivery
• managing a stage boundary
• closing a project

Module 13 – PRINCE2 Agile In the wider context

Module 13 focuses on the integration of PRINCE2 Agile in the wider context. We’ll look at transitioning from agile projects to operations, agile product management, continuous agile development and operations, and how AI can support the PRINCE2 Agile elements.

Module 14 contains two practice tests provided by PeopleCert.

Module 15 –PRINCE2 Agile Foundation wrap-up

Module 15 provides information on booking the exam and other courses of interest.

The PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner exam is an open book, objective testing exam with 50 multiple-choice questions. The exam lasts 150 minutes and the pass mark is 60%.
