Ivor is best known for his involvement with ITIL, as an author, trainer and presenter, having spoken at countless events across 40+ countries and 30+ years. Seeking to counter the destructive and combative silos he encountered across IT, he discovered new initiatives and beneficial changes that occur when IT delivery is team-oriented and encourages empowerment.Since 2015, Ivor has been an active DevOps trainer and continues to teach a collaborative DevOps approach.
