- All Good e-Learning courses are provided with an exam voucher for the relevant exam purchased.
- Exam vouchers are non-transferable and must be used for the certification requested at time of purchase.
- Exam vouchers are only valid for the person purchasing the course and cannot be transferred.
- All Accrediting Bodies will ask to see proof of identity, such as a passport or driving licence, before candidates are able to sit their exam.
APMG
Courses: AgilePM®, AgilePgM®, AgileBA®
Receiving your voucher: Exam vouchers for any APMG accredited course can be requested at any time after you have started your course.
Voucher validity: APMG exam vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issue. The exam must be booked within this period.
Extending exam voucher validity: APMG exam vouchers cannot be extended beyond the validity period shown on the voucher.
Rescheduling your exam: APMG allows candidates to reschedule their exam once with no additional cost. You must reschedule the exam at least 10 days before the original exam date. APMG charge an administration fee to reschedule an exam a second time.
Taking your exam: Exams for GEL’s APMG courses can only be taken online. APMG’s exams are managed through the ProctorU service. To take an exam via ProctorU, candidates will need to download the Guardian Browser. Installing this browser may require local administrator permission.
Exam retakes: APMG doesn’t offer an exam retake program. If you would like to retake an APMG exam, you must purchase a new exam voucher.
PeopleCert
Courses: ITIL®, PRINCE2® 7, PRINCE2® Agile, Resilia®, AgileSHIFT®, DevOps, DevSecOps and SRE courses
Receiving your voucher: PeopleCert exam vouchers will be sent to you shortly after you purchase your course. The exam voucher must be redeemed on the PeopleCert website before starting your course. Redeeming the exam voucher allows customers to access the official eBook.
Voucher validity: PeopleCert exam vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issue. The exam must be booked within this period.
Extending exam voucher validity: PeopleCert exam vouchers can be extended for 6 months by paying a fee. The voucher must still be valid when you apply to extend its validity.
If you wish to extend your PeopleCert exam voucher, please contact [email protected], who will be able to inform you of the fee and extend the voucher on your behalf.
Rescheduling your exam: PeopleCert exams can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the original exam date on the PeopleCert website. Exams due to be taken in less than 48 hours can be rescheduled for an administrative fee.
Taking your exam: PeopleCert exams can be taken online, through your web browser or using ExamShield proctoring software. Candidates choose how to take their exam in their account area on the PeopleCert website.
Exam retakes: PeopleCert operate an exam insurance scheme called Take2. If you would like the opportunity to retake the exam , you must purchase Take2 before taking your exam.
Take2 can be purchased through your PeopleCert account up to 15 minutes before your exam.
Alternatively, you can become a PeopleCert Plus member to receive a free resit for all certifications you take.
The Open Group
Courses: TOGAF®, ArchiMate®
Receiving your voucher: Candidates for all The Open Group exams must complete at least 80% of their course before requesting their exam voucher.
Candidates for TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture Foundation & Practitioner, TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture Practitioner and TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture Practitioner Bridge must also complete at least 10 Learning Studies assignments before requesting their exam voucher.
Voucher choice: The Open Group exam vouchers for multi-level courses are available as individual or combined vouchers.
If you wish to obtain a combined voucher, you must complete at least 80% of both levels of the course before requesting the exam voucher.
Voucher validity: The Open Group exam vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issue. The exam must be booked within this period.
Extending exam voucher validity: The Open Group exam vouchers cannot be extended beyond the validity period shown on the voucher.
Rescheduling your exam: The Open Group exams can be rescheduled through Pearson Vue up to 48 hours before the original exam date. Cancelling or rescheduling an exam with less that 48 hours’ notice may result in candidates losing their exam voucher and forfeiting exam fees.
Taking your exam: The Open Group exams are managed by PearsonVue. You can take your exam online or at a PearsonVue test centre. You can find your local test centre and information on how to book your exam on The Open Group PearsonVue website.
Candidates can take their exam online using the PearsonVue OnVue proctoring service. You can find more information on technical requirements and how to book an online exam on The Open Group OnVue website.
Exam retakes: Candidates for all The Open Group exams are entitled to a free resit. Candidates must wait one month before resitting the exam.
