In this poster from our COBIT 5 series we explain the process capability model.
In order to achieve the effective and efficient governance and management, COBIT 5 advocates that the enterprises implement governance and management processes for the key areas.
When implementing processes it is important that they achieve their objectives, therefore the enterprise needs a way to assess and measure the performance of any implemented process in order to identify the areas for improvement.
For that purpose, COBIT 5 includes a process capability model which is presented on this poster.
