Portfolio, Programme and Project Offices (P3O) is a framework designed to establish effective decision-enabling and delivery support structures to empower change within an organization.
According to AXELOS, this can be provided through a single office existing under several names, such as Center of Excellence, Portfolio Office, Enterprise or Corporate Program Office.
P3O implements universally applicable guidance for both organizations and individuals to establish, develop, and maintain effective and appropriate business support structures.
P3O provides senior decision-makers with greater clarity regarding strategy, prioritization, risk management, and resource optimization to better help them achieve key business objectives.
P3O practitioners can effectively identify business outcomes and benefits as well as realize them within time, cost, and quality restraints.
There are no prerequisites for studying our accredited P3OFoundation course or taking the exam.
However, the P3O Foundation certification is a prerequisite for taking the P3O Practitioner certification exam.
Any candidate who works in a P3O model-based office can benefit from studying the framework. This also applies to anyone who requires an understanding of P3O’s terminology and key concepts, as well as any candidates planning to pursue higher-level P3O certifications.
The P3O Foundation exam consists of 75 multiple-choice questions, has a duration of 1 hour, and a pass mark of 50%. The exam is closed-book.
The P3O Prcatitioner exam consists of four test questions, each worth 20 marks, has a duration of 2 1/2 hours, and a pass mark of 50%. The exam is open-book.

As long as you have purchased a Good e-Learning course that is eligible for Exam Pledge and adhere to the conditions listed below, you will be able to request a free resit. If you fail your first exam, simply contact our support team to claim your retake voucher.
As long as you have completed the course in full and have scored at least 80% on the exam simulator, you will be eligible for Exam Pledge. Proof of date for the first exam failure must be provided and the resit must be booked within 3 months of the failed first exam. Exam Pledge is only available for courses purchased on or after 01/10/2019 and cannot be used for anyone sitting an exam for the third time.
